I was born and raised in Billings, Montana. I attended public school until moving over to Billings Central Catholic High School, which was our family tradition. It is there that I grew to appreciate more the Catholic faith and Catholic education. Graduating in 1998 from Central, I went to attend college at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. During my time there I worked in the United States House of Representatives as the Director of Correspondence and Tours and then worked at the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center as the Executive Assistant. Throughout my college years, I began to discern where God was calling me to serve. I graduated with a Bachelors in Financial Management and decided I needed to enter into seminary to further discern if God was calling me to the priesthood. I attended seminary in Rome at the North American College. My time there was transforming. I was able to sing for the funeral of Saint and Pope John Paul the Great and served once as a deacon for Pope Benedict XVI. I was ordained a priest in 2006 and have been serving in the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings since then.
